Contractor on job site
For independent HVAC companies · Connecticut first

Your old customers are your cheapest new jobs.

TradeFront reaches the customers you haven't seen in a year, books them into your calendar, and bills you $50 per completed service call. No setup fee. No contract. Your customer list stays yours.

Pilot pricing for the first three contractors.

How it works

1

Export your customer list.

From Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan or QuickBooks. We send the click-by-click steps. About ten minutes.

2

We find who is overdue.

Everyone with no service in twelve months or more. You see the names and the counts before anything goes out.

3

We reach them under your name.

An email with a booking link into your calendar, then texts only to customers who have said yes to texts. You approve the wording once.

4

They book. You do the work. Then you pay.

$50 per completed service call on a weekly invoice, due in seven days. A no-show or a cancellation costs nothing.

The math on one shop

Customers on the list 3,000
No service in a year (40%) 1,200
Book a tune-up (5%) 60
Gross service revenue if all 60 complete at $150 each $9,000
TradeFront fees if all 60 complete $3,000
Remaining before labor, parts and other costs $6,000

Illustration, not a forecast or past results. These are assumptions; your list, bookings and completed work will differ.

What we handle so you don't have to

Consent and opt-outs.

Texts go only to customers who have agreed to them. STOP is honored at once and for good, across everything we send.

Your name, not ours.

Every message says it comes from you, sent by TradeFront on your behalf. Replies come to you.

Quiet hours.

No texts before 9 am, after 7 pm, or on Sundays.

Your list.

Used for your campaign only. Never sold, never shared, deleted when you tell us to.

Questions owners ask

Who pays for the texts and emails.

We do. Your only cost is $50 per completed service call.

What counts as a completed service call.

Any visit from a booking we made that your calendar marks completed: a tune-up, a repair, a diagnostic, an estimate. One bill per customer: if they come back for more work later, that is yours, not billed again. You confirm the week's list every Thursday, and anything you dispute comes off before it bills.

Whether you pay for customers who would have called anyway.

We reach only customers with no service in twelve months or more, and anyone who booked on their own before our first message is left out. If one of them books through our link or after our text, that is the job we are here for.

What if the list is in QuickBooks, not a scheduling app.

That works. A customer export with names, phones or emails, and the last invoice date is enough.

Whether you can stop.

No long-term commitment. We agree to written pilot terms before outreach, including how to stop future sends and which completed service calls are billable.

Plumbers and electricians.

Not yet. HVAC first, Connecticut first. Ask, and we will tell you when.

James calls you within one business day, sends the pilot terms in writing, and walks you through the export. Nothing goes to your customers until you have approved the list and the wording.
