This policy describes how TradeFront LLC ("TradeFront," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit tradefront.pro, contact us, subscribe to our service, or interact with a business phone line we answer on a customer's behalf.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your callers' voice recordings to train public AI models.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent: text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us under contract, and only the slice each one needs to do its job:

Calls answered by our AI receptionist are recorded and transcribed. The receptionist discloses the recording and its AI identity at the start of every call, on every call, in every state. Recordings are retained for approximately 90 days and transcripts for approximately 12 months by default; business customers can request shorter retention. If a caller asks us to delete their recording, we will, and we'll tell the business we did.
The site uses standard analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Your browser's do-not-track and cookie controls apply.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to those who need it, and vendor access is governed by contract.
Depending on your state (including Connecticut and California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@tradefront.pro — we respond within the timelines your state's law requires, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are an end-caller of a business we serve, we may route your request through that business, which controls its customer data.
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 18 for the service itself). We do not knowingly collect children's data.
